Ariah and Carey met at the Converse Rubber Tracks Studio, as they were thrown together to provide improvised samples to the Converse Rubber Tracks Library, along with “Lewis” (https://soundcloud.com/itslewislane) for the “Ethereal Guitar and Vocals” section (https://www.conversesamplelibrary.com/pack/ethereal-guitar-and-vocals)
Ariah was an immediate fan of Carey’s “Ethereal Guitar” and the two decided they would try to embark in projects together in the future.
This song was decided upon because Billy Joel is a songwriting genius, and it is dedicated to all the 20-somethings who are hustling, and trying to figure out what it means to be an adult.
Check out this interview I did with Turnstyle Music Group. They asked questions, and I gave answers!
